About the lab

We harness computational and genomic approaches to decipher the principles of somatic evolution from precancerous lesion to malignant transformation and metastatic progression. This involves understanding both the genomic variations and the underlying evolutionary processes of cancer by characterizing their response to microenvironmental or therapeutic pressures.
