Computational methods for analyzing single-cell lineage tracing data

The recent breakthrough of single-cell lineage tracing technologies (e.g. CRISPR/Cas9-based lineage tracing) offers an unprecedented opportunity to study the mechanisms of cell-fate decisions. We develop computational methods for analyzing single-cell RNA-seq and parallel lineage tracing data with an aim to understand the cell-state transitions in organ development and tumor evolution.
