Computational methods for single-cell lineage tracing data

The recent breakthrough of combining single cell transcriptomics and lineage tracing (e.g. using an evolving barcode by CRISPR/Cas9 editing) provides unprecedented opportunity to understand the mechanisms of cell fate decisions. We develop computational methods for analyzing single-cell lineage tracing and transcriptomic data with an aim to understand the population dynamics of somatic cells during tissue development and tumor initiation.
